Wake & Prepare
Phase 1 wakes up joints, tissues, and awareness so your body isn’t surprised later. When preparation is missing, the body is forced to compensate — and that’s where many common aches and injuries begin.
Taking time here means everything that follows feels smoother, safer, and more connected.

Build Strength
Strength doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from doing the right amount, well. Phase 2 builds durable muscular strength without exhausting you. This leaves your body feeling capable rather than depleted.

Energise & Flow
Phase 2 raises your heart rate without overwhelming your nervous system. Instead of forcing intensity, movement flows in a way that builds energy you can effectively carry into the rest of your day.

Power & React
